Amelia Robinson – Chief Executive Officer

Amelia assumed the role of Interim CEO in late December 2021 and was appointed permanent CEO in March 2022. With a history of starting and operating energy retailers in Australia and Asia, Amelia has held chief executive and senior executive roles with Sumo Power, where she was a founder, Alinta Energy, Simply Energy/International Power and Sembcorp Power (Singapore) spanning 20 years. she has established a reputation for taking start-up energy retailers and growing them into established, high-performing, profitable and customer focussed businesses. Amelia has formal tertiary qualifications in Mathematics and Applied Finance. Prior to her appointment as Xentier Technology's CEO, Amelia was CEO of Tango Energy, Xentier Technology's retail arm, since 2018. Since its launch in 2016, Tango Energy has established itself as one of the fastest-growing electricity retailers in Australia and has won a number of consumer awards, including the most recent Canstar Blue awards for Most Trusted Electricity Provider – National 2024, Most Satisfied Customers Dual Fuel – National 2024, Most Satisfied Customers Electricity – VIC 2023, Most Satisfied Customers Gas – VIC 2023.

Damian Mazurek

Damian Mazurek – Managing Director

Damian is a visionary executive leader and clean energy strategist with over 15 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning renewable energy, smart technology integration, and business transformation. As Managing Director of Xentier Technology, Damian drives the company’s global growth, leading cutting-edge initiatives in solar, wind, and energy storage systems. Under his leadership, Xentier has emerged as a trusted provider of AI-enabled, IoT-integrated sustainable energy solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Previously, Damian served as Executive Director of the Solar Energy Industries Association, where he championed renewable energy legislation, expanded industry alliances, and accelerated national solar adoption through high-impact advocacy and stakeholder engagement. His tenure helped shape clean energy policy and catalyze market growth across public and private sectors.

Damian’s career is marked by consistent success in business development, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and financial planning. With a strong foundation in customer relations and account management from his early roles at Cryptorefills, Baleena, and Charles Monat Associates, Damian blends analytical rigor with people-first leadership. Highly regarded for his integrity, innovation, and results-driven approach, Damian is committed to redefining the energy landscape through sustainable development, technological innovation, and inclusive collaboration. His executive presence, supported by a track record of high-performance leadership, positions him as a respected force in the global clean energy transformation.

Yulian Fadeev – Marketing Manager

Yulian commenced with Xentier Technology in 2021 and leads her team with the clear goal of developing and delivering new renewable energy generation assets to the business. This is performed with a focus on safety, social license, and sustainability. With over 660MW of installed capacity and over 2.4GW of development opportunities, Yulian oversees the entire development lifecycle of Xentier Technology’s renewable asset portfolio, encompassing wind, solar, hydro, BESS, pumped hydro and other emerging technologies. Yulian has 8 years of experience in leadership, project management and engineering roles. She graduated with 1st class honours from Monash University as a Mechanical Engineer in 2010. After 4 years in the Aerospace and Automotive sectors, she transitioned to the emerging renewable energy industry. Working for a large EPC contractor, she and her team were responsible for the engineering, grid connection and commissioning of 1.2GW of renewable assets into the NEM, achieving some of the fastest grid connection approvals to date.

Lucy Giggs

Lucy Giggs – Director of Operations

Lucy Giggs is a dynamic and accomplished operations executive with over 15 years of experience driving strategic transformation across the energy, technology, and human capital sectors. Joining Xentier Technology in 2021, Lucy currently oversees the company’s retail operations, new energy initiatives, and technology-driven service delivery for residential and business customers across emerging and developed markets.

As Director of Operations, Lucy leads the execution of large-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects, managing supply chains, optimizing internal processes, and deploying AI-powered systems to maximize efficiency and sustainability. Her leadership has accelerated Xentier’s footprint in the clean energy sector, supported just-in-time solar material financing, and enabled digital scalability through smart energy infrastructure. Prior to joining Xentier, Lucy served as Executive Director at GPS Renewables, where she spearheaded international expansion and helped secure $50 million in funding for groundbreaking sustainability projects. Under her leadership, the company achieved 40% year-on-year revenue growth, implemented programs that cut 25,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions annually, and earned global recognition for its waste-to-energy innovation.

Earlier in her career, Lucy held senior HR roles at Invesco US and AI Mathics Recruitment Company, where she specialized in workforce development, performance management, and organizational policy across diverse teams and business verticals. Her HR leadership strengthened employee engagement, compliance, and talent acquisition across multiple industries. Lucy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the London School of Commerce in the United Kingdom. Her multifaceted expertise—spanning operations, energy strategy, HR, and process optimization—continues to drive Xentier Technology’s mission to deliver sustainable, smart, and scalable energy solutions worldwide.

Janet Abanga – Chief Financial Officer

Janet commenced with Xentier Technology in September 2010, and was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer in December 2022. With over 6 years of experience in engineering design, asset management and several O&M leadership roles, Janet now leads Xentier Technology's Production, Asset Management, Maintenance and Quality functions. Janet is a resilient professional, responsible for the development and execution of strategies that have delivered operational excellence to Xentier Technology's complex assets portfolio across Chile and Australia, ranging from change management and governance improvement projects to large-scale, complex infrastructure refurbishment projects. Janet holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile, a master's degree in Energy Economics from Universidad Federico Santa Maria (Chile), and an MBA in Energy Economics from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany).

Brittany Zimmerman – Customer Service Manager

Brittany joined Xentier Technology in March 2017, initially responsible for HR and recruitment activities for the energy retail brand, Tango Energy, before being promoted to have responsibility across the Australian operations in May 2020. She was appointed Acting General Manager People and Safety in March 2024. Brittany has extensive HR and Labor Relations experience across a range of industries, gaining experience with the likes of Alcoa, General Motors Holden, National Express Group, Ericsson and Ford. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in human resources and industrial relations from RMIT University in Melbourne and is a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
